Dr. Merkley is a licensed psychologist in Nebraska. She earned her doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Kansas and completed her postdoctoral training prior to her licensure in 2003. She is a member of the Nebraska Psychological Association and the Association of Private Practice Therapists.
