I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Draper, Utah in 2010. I then went on to work in community mental health for several years. This included working with individuals who had experienced Trauma, working with individuals who had experienced Attachment Breaks, Children being removed from birth families and/or foster families, working in the schools with young mothers or expecting young mothers, and Individuals transitioning out of oppressive Religious circumstances etc. I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner specializing in working with children ages 2-8 years old. I have found that working with the family system as a whole to help children and families reach their full potential strengthens the parent child relationship.
