I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is crucial when working through any issues in life, and I strive to provide a warm and comfortable environment for my clients. I further understand that traditional talk therapy is not for everyone and often incorporate art therapy, sand play, interactive play therapy, and mindfulness into my therapy sessions. I specialize in work with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and seek to guide people through the coming out process, transition, or any major life event. I work with all individuals to address anxiety, depression, academic issues, and/or peer and family struggles. I have training in Love and Logic and can help with parenting difficulties. I also have extensive experience working with suicide bereavement and self-harm behaviors.

In addition to working with individuals in psychotherapy, I conduct psychological and educational evaluations. Oftentimes, there are diagnostic questions that need clarification, unexplained academic difficulties, or a need for more in-depth treatment recommendations, which can benefit from a psychological evaluation or consultation.

Finally, I conduct training seminars with topics addressing stress and coping, suicide risk and preventative factors, parenting in a social media generation, and LGBTQ+ specific training.
